REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment

At OrganaFlow, we are committed to providing high quality water filtration products, professional installation services, and exceptional customer support. We value transparency and want customers to understand our refund and cancellation policies before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order before products have been shipped, ordered from suppliers, or installation services have been scheduled.

Approved cancellations may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on costs already incurred by OrganaFlow.

Deposits

Deposits may be required to reserve products, installation appointments, or special-order equipment.

Deposits become non-refundable once products have been ordered, reserved, shipped, or installation scheduling has begun.

Special Order Products

Many water filtration systems are configured based on the specific needs of a customer's home or property.

Special-order, custom-configured, or non-stock products are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier.

Installation Services

Installation fees, labor charges, service call fees, and consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been completed.

If an installation appointment is canceled after technicians have been dispatched or materials have been prepared, cancellation fees may apply.

Product Returns

Uninstalled products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must be in original condition.

  • The product must include all original packaging, manuals, and components.

  • The product must not show signs of damage, modification, or installation.

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, shipping charges, and inspection fees.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Installed Products

For health, safety, sanitation, and quality control reasons, water filtration systems that have been installed, connected to plumbing, used, modified, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.

Manufacturer Defects and Warranty Claims

OrganaFlow is an independent reseller and installer of water filtration products.

Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

If a product is determined to be defective, OrganaFlow will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with warranty claims, replacement parts, or manufacturer support.

Warranty coverage does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect products upon delivery and notify OrganaFlow within 7 days if products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We may request photographs, documentation, or additional information to evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution, payment processor, or credit card provider.

OrganaFlow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Right to Refuse Refund Requests

OrganaFlow reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or where products show evidence of installation, misuse, alteration, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
